Leave me with my [S]hattered mind

Being a young warrior she was lean, and small, like the anceint old WindClan warriors. Her pelt was tortoiseshell, well dilute any way. It was a glowing gray color, nice and dark, but somehow glowing. It was splotched in various places with ginger. Her muzzle was splotch ginger up to her eye on the right side. On her left cheek she had a splotch. On her muzzle in the front was a smudge of white.

Licking her chest she smoothed out the white fur, which extended to her tail then stopped at the base. Shattered had white socks, which was why her nickname was 'Mental Sock'. She was mentally traumitized, no one but her brother knew why. It was a secret, a secret. At times she would break down mentally screaming out random things and a name. 'Christithiam'. No one knew what it meant, but Shattered did.

Yawning she stalked to the center of the camp. It was nice and warm today. "Warmth....brother," she whispered to herself. Her sentences were often short and choppy. Shattered lifted her head, dark green-yellow opticals stared at the treetops.

Insanity opened one eye...his fur bristled as a slight breeze tickled his pelt, ruffling it a little. he saw Shattered stretch, and get up. it was a warm day, and he supposed he would get up and eat soon. He got up and said to shattered "What are you saying, shattered," insanity said, with his nosy nature.

She was so unsure now, did she have a day? A moon? Her mental state would crash, or a miracle could happen and it would start healing. Her traumitized state was deadweight for the Malice Pack, even with her hunting and fighting skills. Her ears flickered back as she raised her head, closing her green-yellow eyes as the warmth hit her chin and chest.

"What are you saying, shattered,"

Insanity. He was a friend...she guessed. He was okay to her, though she hated it sometimes when he asked what she said. "Warmth...brother," she repeated as she lowered her head, sitting on her haunches. With a paw she leaned back a bit, opticals staring at the ground. "Insan...doing here?" she mewed softly in question, still not looking at him.

"Oh, okay," he said unusrely. obviously she wanted time alone. "well, have fun!" the tom said merrily, almost a joke.

Shattered gave a soft flicker of the tail, its white tip brushing in the dirt. She yanked a paw away as a bug started crawling on it. She let out a low yowl and flicked it away.

"Oh, okay,"
"well, have fun!"

"No...no leave me," she meowed like a whiny kitten afraid its mother would leave. She hated being alone, she had no one to talk to. Shattered crouched low and began to lick her front paws, cleaning away the mush the bug left in its wake.

Insanity was a cat who didnt like to stop and think. "Okay, then, Shattered. If you insist, I'll stay here." the tabby tom licked his well maintained smooth fur.

Would he stay? She hoped so, thinking of how she was always alone. Other Malice Pack members didn't want to be around her. One for she was unstable in her head. Two because she was boring as they say. And lastly because of who she was. The only other reason Shattered wanted him to stay because she had a minor crush on him.

"Okay, then, Shattered. If you insist, I'll stay here."

"Thank you...Isan....hunt well?" she asked about yesterday. She had a bit of a cough for the past three days so she was trying to catch up with the rest of the posse. She wondered where Adam was, probably off in the nursery. He was bound to get Wolfbane as his mentor.

"yeah, it was okay. i guess i caught a good few prey..." he smiled. he looked at her, she looked bothered by something. "Are you okay, Shattered, you look, kinda, bothered..." he said, coyly.

Nothing really was bothering her. She was just thinking about things. Maybe she was bothered. Shattered lowered her gaze to the floor.

"yeah, it was okay. i guess i caught a good few prey..."
"Are you okay, Shattered, you look, kinda, bothered..."

Imeddiately she looked up at him, heat rising in the fur of her cheeks. "N-no! Not..bo-bothered..." she stuttered, semi-telling the truth. Her tail twitched, curling around her flank.

Insanity nodded. His golden eyes flashed with relief. "If there was...something, really bothering you, you'd tell me, cause were friends, right?" He again, licked his short tabby pelt.

Ruffling her tortie pelt she started to lick the scruffy patches. Her white paws needed the ground softly. She felt somewhat tense now.

"If there was...something, really bothering you, you'd tell me, cause were friends, right?"

Her yellow-green eyes glowed as she lifted up her head. "Yes...friends..," she replied in her few words. Her white tipped tail uncurled from her flank and lay limp in the dirt.

Insanity nodded happily. he hoped they would be more but then thought, she is only my friend, she likes me, yeah, but he stopped daydreaming. he wasnt really that daydreaming type really.

The tortoiseshell she-cat got onto all four paws. Her head was raised just a tad, striking wild opticals flashed. Insanity looked like something was bothering him. thingying her head to the side she studied him for a moment.

"Isan...something wrong?"

Her vocals rangs out in a complete question. Her gray and ginger pelt rustled with the wind.

"Not at all," Insanity said, friendly as he usually was to clanmates. "Just daydreaming,"

He was daydreaming? She thought that was her thing in the posse. "About what?" she asked, somewhat curious. Her small lean body was crouching low to the ground. Ears flickered back as she waited for his reply.
