Seth nodded again over his shoulder then looked back in front of him. "Almost here." He mewed, weaving through a close tangle of bushes. His tail was still on Everests shoulder. He felt so proud. He would be a father. He'd have a kit to raise in Malice Pack. He'd have a family. Mara had been his only family since he was a kit and as much as he loved her, he'd still felt lonely.

"Almost here."
Everest nodded. The pretty loner moved closer to Seth, her fur brushing his. Clear blue pools looked into icy blue. A small, sweet, smile spread across her face. "Rembmer when we first met?" she asked.

Cheaks turning a light shade of pink, Seth nodded. When he had first came across his beautiful mate, he had indented to attack her and, at one point, did. But even then he had been attracted to her. It seemed so long ago.

Everest looked down at her paws and her cheeks, too, turned pink. She remember how she acted so angerly, just because he had walked into her barn and how he liked her from the start. Her smile grew bigger and a purr rumbled from her chest as she mewed to him, "You've changed me alot. I used to be a...savage...who was afraid of love..." her voice faded away. She felt that the word 'savage' had fit her not to long ago and she shuddered.

"I won't say savege." Seth mewed, returning her smile. "You were living on your own. You'd of been a fool not to protect yourself. Especially from a cat like me." He gave a playful grin as he added the last part. He himself had changed a lot too. For the worst, as Mara had stated on several occassions, but Seth knew it was for the better.

Everest grinned playfully back at him and her clear blue eyes gleamed with mischief. She bounded a head of Seth and meowed, "Catch me...if you can! It would be sad if a warrior like you couldn't catch a pregnant cat like me!" her voice dripped sarcasim.

Purring again, Seth bounded after her, a large grin on his face. His long legged stretched out, alowing him to run with ease. Racing along to her side, Seth touched his nose to Everests shoulder. "Got you!" He mewed with amusement, smiling at his mate as he ran at her side.

Everest purred back at her mate, the smile stillspread across her face.
"Got you!"
She giggled aloud, surprising herself, for she had never really laughed just for fun, but she loved it. Running by Seth made her feel pike she was smiling. The pretty loner stretched her neck out, trying to tag him back.
