A pretty Siamese/tabby she-cat sat on a heap of hay, half munching a mouse, half dozing in the warm sunlight that flooded through the holes in the Barn roof. She sighed. Bored. Everest was bored. It was nice living at the Barn...at first. But after a while, there seemed like nothing to do...except eat and sleep, and she had done enough of that already. Suddenly, noise came from just outside. The loner came alert. She crouched low, hoping whoever it was would just go away...but then, she heard the noise again.
+OOC+ Anyone is welcome to join, but it would be better if it were a Malice Pack cat. +

Seth hissed as he step on a thistle bush for a second time. He bit his lip, stoping a sharp yowl from coming out. His icy eyes where blazed with fury. Great! Now I'm lost AND I have a sore paw! Suddenly, he caught sent of another cat. His hackles started to rise, his pale ginger fur bristling. The sent lead inside the barn. Seth slunk into the barn, a snarl had risen from below his streaked muzzle.

Everest felt her temper rise. Who ever it is is going to regret ever coming here... Everest was not one to be messed with. Silently, she padded over to the entrance, a growl rising in her throat as she noticed the tom. "Who are you and what are you doing here?" her voice was as cold as ice.

"Who wants to know and none of your buisness." Seth snarled, his sharp white teeth bared. Hiss isy eyes flickered over the she-cat. A loner. Or a kitty-pet. She didn't look like any member of Malice Pack. Ha! This pittiful she-cat probably never even heard of the great Malice Pack. He thought, his snarl turning into a smug smile. There was no reaon to waste his energy on figthing a loner, though he kept his claws unsheathed incase she wanted a fight.

"Who wants to know and none of your buisness." Everest smiled one of her rare and evil smiles, making her look as innocent as a kit. "Oh...I'm sorry. Did you want me to tell you my name first? I'm Everest," she mewed in a sweet voice. The she-cat sat down and rapped her tail around her paws. She started to lick her paw delicatly.

Seth returned her smile, a cruel, cold smile. "Seth." He mewed simply, his icy eyes glinting. He sat facing her, his pale ginger pelt smoothing down. Yes, there was no point in fighting this loner. She posed no threat to Malice Pack. Besides, it would be a shame to scar up that pretty face He thought, looking her up and down.

"Seth." Everest nodded, the smile still spread across her pretty features. "So...," she meowed, still in her her sweet voice, "what brings you to my barn?" Her clear blue eyes danced with joy. The fool! He believes me to be a cute and cuddly little loner! Ha! I'll show him...When the time is right... The she-cat was clever, quick, and a great acter and liar, though, she didn't look anything like it.

"Your barn?" Seth mewed, avoiding the question. Seth wasn't as foolish as he looked. He didn't think Everest a threat, but that didn't mean he would give himself away so easily. "And how did a little thing like you get a whole barn to herself?" He was still wearing his smile. His sickeningly sweet, cold smile. He kept his claws unsheathed. He wasn't sure if she was alone. His icy eyes swept the barn, looking for places cats could hide, undetected. There were a few he could spot easily. If this is a trick, Mara's shoudn't be too far off. He thought, thinking of his sister. They had been hunting together. Natrually, Seth has bounded after a rabbit and it had lead him to the barn, where he stepped on the thistle bush. Knowing Mara, she'd probably be looking for him right at that moment.

"Your barn?" "And how did a little thing like you get a whole barn to herself?" Little thing?! Hmmm...He'll pay for that... "Oh," she giggled, "I just wondered around until I found it and...no one was living in it," she meowed simply. Everest yawned, her pink tounge and sharp teeth showing.

Seth raised his eye brows. "Well, that's convienient." He mewed, his voice oddly calm and kind. The kindness was an act. He looked around the barn. It was a big barn, filled with soft hay and plump prey. It would make a fine extention of Malice Pack. He made a mental note to tell the leaders about it. He got to his paws and strolled around the barn, his back to Everest. His claws clicked on the hard wooden floor. "And how have you been able to stay here so safely." He mewed, looking back at her over his shoulder. "There are some nasty cats around this parts. A pretty little thing like you wouldn't stand much of a chance against one of them." His voice, like his smile, was sickiningly sweet, like sour milk.

"Well, that's convienient." Everest's long tail twitched back and forth. Her smile grew even bigger as Seth turned. Now's my chance...
"And how have you been able to stay here so safely." "There are some nasty cats around this parts. A pretty little thing like you wouldn't stand much of a chance against one of them."
A surprised look came over her face. "Nasty Cats? I've never met any nasty cats before..." Suddenly, the pretty she-cat lunged at the Malice Pack cat. Her anger had grown into rage every second Seth was in her Barn. Fangs and claws were ready.

Seth saw her lung for him. He let out a snarl of rage as her fang met his shoulder. In one, swift movement, he slashed his unsheathed claws down her face. He wirled around to face her and snarped his fang, a whisker away from her nose. "Big mistake little cat." He growled, his lips curls in a feirce snarl. "I didn't want to have to scartch up the pretty little face of yours, but you're giving me no choice. Back down now, and I won't hurt you." He wouldn't feel so bad telling the pack leaders about Eversets barn now. Perhaps they'd let her join. She did have fight in her, he had to give her that.

Everest's fang's met with Seth's shoulder. She felt the warm blood seep into her mouth.
She stepped back as he tryed to claws her face and got cut on the cheek.
"Big mistake little cat." "I didn't want to have to scartch up the pretty little face of yours, but you're giving me no choice. Back down now, and I won't hurt you."
Everest snorted. "Never! After I'm done with you, you'll be begging for mercy!" she hissed and spat at his paws. Fierce anger flamed in her clear blue eyes.

Seth let out a menacing laugh. "You really don't know who you're dealing with, do you?" He set, his sharp blue eyes peircing into hers. He circuled her, his claws still at the ready. "You really don't know that you live here in your little barn because Malice Pack has over looked it? You won't be here if they knew about your little barn. The leaders have many cats at their disposal. Do you think you'd stand a chance against them, a little thing like you? Don't make me laugh. You'd be gone in a heart beat. This barn has many prey. I can smell them, hear their little heart beats. The pack has many mouths to feed." He smiled. His real smile. A twisted, evil smile filled with malice and cruelty. "Even if you attack, I can run. Fast. I'll have at least five pack memebers with me when I return." He let out a cruel chuckle. "And you think you can threaten me? You make me smile Everest. You're a fighter. I'll give you that. And personally, I don't want to see you distroyed. Call me soft hearted if you will. So, I'm willing to make a deal with you."

The she-cat had heard enough. She quickly pounced on his back, both back claws digging into his back. Everest's front claws slashed madly at his ears and neck, blood splattering on her paws. "You call me weak and small...I shred your ears!" she meowed with a mad laugh. "You don't know who you're messing with!"
